Brussels Airport wanted to build better customer relations with their Chinese clients through WeChat. Our experts in Chinese social media, language and culture took on the challenge.
How did we realise this?
Setting up a WeChat account is the best way for Brussels Airport to reach and engage with Chinese customers. Pretty much all Chinese people use WeChat daily. The Chinese social media platform also offers a wide variety of functions and tools, which makes it very interesting for brands that want to interact with their (potential) clients in China.
Our team takes care of the maintenance of the account. But where just being present on WeChat is of course not enough, we create tailor-made content to inform, engage and promote to the Chinese community. The Chinese clients can now consult the app for practical info, but also for good travel advice. For all content, we consider the target group’s specific needs, desires and interests to provide them with the best service in their native language.
In just a few weeks, we set up a continuously updated WeChat account with 1 article posted per week. Allowing better Chinese customer relationships, the posts have already achieved an increase of 10 times more views than before!
