Launching a brand in China is a smart move, but the road to success is riddled with language and culture barriers, highly innovative sales and promotion techniques, and tough competition. How did we achieve this?
Adaptation and localisation were the key points of our communication management for Celestetic. Since the Chinese customer has particular needs and desires, we rebranded Celestetic to optimally suit its new target group.

Taking into account the Chinese sales and promotion techniques, we quickly established the brand’s presence on one of China’s major e-commerce platforms. Our team also took care of the daily operations in China, including the customer service. Every step of the road was carefully tailored to the Chinese market.

To make Celestetic stand out from the competition, we developed an extensive promotion campaign. The highlight was a live-streaming sales session in Belgium (birthplace of the brand), where an influential Chinese key opinion leader (KOL) introduced Celestetic’s CEO and promoted the products to her large online audience.
